In class we are using the Jing tool to take screen captures. I captured a picture of the logo from Doctor Who. Then using the tools on Jing, I added text and an arrow to the picture. It was really easy to do.
This activity relates to Standard 1.b: "engage students in exploring real-world issues and solving authentic problems using digital tools and resources." This allows you to find images and explain the image's content very quickly and easily.
